It aways brings so much joy to my heart to be around couples in love and Nicole and Dave did not disappoint. My first engagement session of the year was at 9000 feet in Evergreen. Is was so much fun to run around in the snow and woods at 9000 feet with this special couple. What a beautiful place to live and photograph.
I’ve been asked to photograph a few bands over the years and I always enjoy the energy of being in a club with live music but last night is at the top of my list of fun. I had the privilege of photographing The Hot Lunch Band and boy are these guys hot. With over 20 years playing together they are completely in sync with each other. Many of my friends have heard me say that I think our generation is lacking in great entertainers, these guys are fabulous entertainers and musicians. What a fun day photographing Tracy, Staci, Tate and Micah. I’m honored to be photographing their wedding in September and this was just a fun day in the park to capture some pre wedding images.
I feel a real kinship to Staci being the mom of two boys myself. It’s kind of fun to know what’s ahead for her with these two active little men.
